In Byron Katie’s words: “Peace is our natural condition”. So is love, joy and belonging.
I am fiercely committed to guiding those who feel deeply lonely (after a divorce or for any other reason) to a place where they are at peace, where they find all the love, appreciation, support and connection with other people they want.
My path to become a Loneliness To Love mentor began at an early age. Even as a child I had inner visions of bringing peace to people who were unhappy and alone. By just being with them, or speaking to them or even singing to them. And, as we all know, life has its own way of fulfilling this kind of dreams.
I first needed to learn all about pain, loss and loneliness myself. Along the way I experienced losing just about everything: my country, language, friends, family and marriage.
I eventually found the kind of love that never leaves you – and this is what I’ve been sharing around the world ever since.
So if you’re looking for a mentor who can help you overcome loneliness and understands where you come from, then I am here for you. With 30+ years of experience working with clients with similar challenges and guiding them to create a more fulfilling new life, my mission is to help you come home to a place of love, joy and belonging.
What sets me apart from many other coaches is who I am I guess plus the fact that I have spent my entire adult life (40+ years) working with various approaches to personal and spiritual growth. It has, among other things, led to the development of a powerful intuitive connection that can serve as support for you on your way. As an example, clients, friends and peers regularly mention that an intuitive insight or sentence that I shared in a conversation stayed with them for years, and continues to lead them through difficulties or confusion.
Here are a few testimonials from clients by the way. I’m here to support you in similar ways. I can’t wait to see you grow, unfold and find your joy!
What lights me up about this work in knowing that no one has to be lonely forever. With guidance and commitment it is absolutely possible to turn loneliness to joy.
Here are a few fun facts about me:
- I’m born in Berlin, have spent my childhood in Poland and have lived in Denmark since 1971. So I’m what they call a fully integrated first generation immigrant. But then, since I work globally, I speak English most of the time (even if my Danish is pretty much perfect).
- Some people think that I love being alone (for longer periods of time too) because I’m highly introvert. It used to be the case, but no longer. I have turned into an ambivert (equally introvert and extrovert), and love connecting with others too.
- I’m someone with many different interests. As a child I was equally interested in mathematics and adventures, chemistry and music. I bring just about all my talents to my work. Besides coaching and teaching I’m passionate about creativity and writing. Some of it has been featured on major personal growth blogs.
